Just the Facts, Ma'am

This is my blog for Vegan Mofo. I'm pledging to write 20 posts about food, glorious vegan food, over the month of October. My camera screen is busted, yet it still takes pics. So I will try to find it, and post what is sure to be a greatest hits cornucopia from Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero's vegan cookbook empire. I'm moving soon, so we'll see how that goes. I promise I won't be telling you about Boca burgers every day.

Too bad it's not Mofo yet; the delectable last slice of Spinach Noodle Kugel (Veganomicon) is sitting, like a Garden of Eden, in my fridge. lasagna, eat your heart out.
